Data deletion

Request deletion by email

Email hello@socialfunnels.io with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include your Social Funnels account email, the organization or workspace involved, and what you want deleted. For a connected Instagram account, include its username.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before deleting data. Never send your password or access tokens.

Our Legal notice identifies the service operator.

Delete a connected Instagram account’s data

1. Sign in to Social Funnels and select the workspace containing the account.
2. Open Settings, then Instagram.
3. Choose Disconnect next to the account and confirm the deletion.

Disconnect permanently removes that account’s connection credentials, funnels, contacts, and inbox history from Social Funnels. You need Manager access to the workspace; organization Owners and Admins also have this access. If you cannot disconnect the account, ask your organization’s Owner or contact us.

This does not delete your Instagram account or the original content on Instagram. Removing Social Funnels access in Meta or Instagram stops access but does not, by itself, delete the data already stored in Social Funnels. Use Disconnect or email us to request deletion.

Delete your personal Social Funnels account

1. Sign in and open Account, then Profile.
2. In Danger zone, choose Delete account.
3. Enter your account email and complete the confirmation.

If you own an organization, transfer its ownership or delete it before deleting your personal account. The app will show any organizations that need your attention.

Deleting your personal account removes your profile and access to organizations. Shared organization data, including connected Instagram accounts and conversations, remains available to the organization’s other members.

Delete an organization and its data

1. Sign in as the organization’s Owner and select that organization.
2. Open Organization, then Details.
3. In Danger zone, choose Delete organization, enter its name, and confirm.

This permanently removes the organization and its workspaces, connected Instagram accounts, funnels, contacts, and conversations. All members lose access to it and its subscription is canceled. Your personal account and memberships in other organizations remain.
